This Agreement covers the seasonal pool service period (Opening through Closing), not to exceed twenty-four (24) weekly service visits. Service dates are weather dependent and scheduled at the discretion of JAS Aquatics.

Client Responsibilities & Legal Terms

Client Responsibilities:

Client must maintain proper water level, provide clear access to property, secure pets, and notify JAS of any unusual usage items.

Limitation of Liability:

JAS is not responsible for damage caused by weather, misuse, normal wear, or undisclosed defects (e.g., plumbing, equipment, liners).

Chemical Billing Policy:

All chemicals are billed separately based on usage and current marketing price. Chemical usage, water clarity, and consumption are not guaranteed due to factors outside of company control.

Termination:

Either party may terminate with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable.

Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between both parties.
