Reasons to Hire a East Hills, NY Inground Pool Installation Professional
When the temperature soars and you start feeling hot under the collar, wouldn’t it be nice if you could beat the heat in your very own swimming pool? An inground pool offers so many benefits; not only does it provide welcomed relief on those hot summer days, but it offers endless hours of entertainment, and can increase the value of your Nassau County property.
Yes, a backyard swimming pool is a wonderful asset. If you’re the handy type and you enjoy doing your own home improvement projects, you might be contemplating doing the job yourself. Before you start gathering supplies, enlist the help of your buddies, and begin a complicated DIY process, you should seriously consider hiring a professional pool installer instead.
Here’s a look at the top reasons why hiring a East Hills, NY inground pool installation specialist is a much better option than doing the job yourself.
Faster Results
The amount of time it takes to build a swimming pool is bound to wear out even the most avid do-it-yourselfer. All the digging and construction; an inground pool installation is very labor-intensive and just sheer exhausting. Then you need to factor in all of the tutorials and manuals that you’ll need to study, and the traveling back and forth to the swimming pool and home improvement stores to get all of the supplies and materials. And of course, then you’ll need to assemble everything…
All-in-all, it can take several months to finish the job if you DIY your swimming pool project. For faster results, hiring an inground pool installer is definitely the better way to go. A reputable and experienced East Hills, NY inground pool installation specialist will get the job done in a fraction of the time, and you’ll be swimming in your brand new pool before you even finish digging out the spot in your Nassau County yard yourself.
Better Outcome
When it comes to something as important as an inground pool installation, you don’t want to leave anything to chance; however, if you DIY the project, that’s exactly what you’ll be doing: leaving things to chance. No matter how many tutorials you watch, guides you read, and experts you consult with, it just won’t compare to the knowledge and experience of a professional inground pool installer.
A reputable East Hills, NY inground pool installation expert will be fully licensed, which means that they will have completed all of the professional training that’s needed to do the project properly. They’ll also have ample first-hand experience under their belt, and they’ll bring that experience to your Nassau County project. A credible professional will use the most cutting-edge tools, state-of-the-art supplies, highest quality supplies, and proven techniques and strategies to deliver unparalleled results.
Cost Savings
One of the main reasons you’re contemplating DIY-ing your East Hills, NY inground pool installation is to save money. While doing some home improvement projects on your own may be more affordable than hiring a professional – painting, landscaping, etc. – when it comes to something as complex and labor-intensive as installing a swimming pool, hiring a professional Nassau County inground pool installer is definitely much more economical.
When you calculate and compare the cost of the equipment, tools, and supplies that you’re going to need to purchase or rent, and when you factor in any repairs if you make any mistakes to the cost of hiring a licensed and experienced East Hills, NY inground pool installation professional; well, you’ll quickly see that hiring a pro is much more cost-effective than the DIY approach.
There’s just no comparison: hiring a East Hills, NY inground pool installation company is a much smarter choice than doing the job yourself. For the best results possible, get in touch with Nassau County’s leading pool company: JAS Aquatics. For more information, call 631-239-8031 today!
East Hills is a village in Nassau County, on the North Shore of Long Island, in New York, United States. It is considered part of the Greater Roslyn area, which is anchored by the Incorporated Village of Roslyn. The population was 6,955 at the 2010 census.
In 1643, John Carman and Robert Fordham sailed across the Long Island Sound from Stamford, Connecticut and purchased the land that is now occupied by the towns of Hempstead and North Hempstead from the Marsappeaque, Matinecock, Mericock, and Rockoway Native Americans. This land included what is now East Hills.
For a long time, much of what now is East Hills was home to a few wealthy families. In 1898, Clarence and Katherine Mackay settled in present-day East Hills and would eventually commission Stanford White to design their mansion, Harbor Hill. In 1924, the Prince of Wales, who later abdicated the throne of England to marry Mrs. Simpson, was entertained at the Mackay estate. Aviation pioneer Charles A. Lindbergh even rested at the Mackay estate in 1927 after returning to the United States following his historic solo flight to Paris, France.
The Village of East Hills was incorporated on June 24, 1931, and its first election was held a couple weeks later on July 8 in barns at the Mackay estate. Reasons for incorporating included the desire by many locals to be excluded from paying taxes for sanitary sewer systems, highways, etc., the desire to not be part of the Roslyn Sewer District and to keep businesses out, and to maintain home rule powers. Many of the proposals which the locals were against were proposed when Roslyn wanted to incorporate, as early plans called for that village’s proposed boundaries to include what would become East Hills. As such, the residents decided to incorporate East Hills as a separate village.
